DESCRIPTION:  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n5 hours \nLearn how to use your film camera\, including loading film and basic settings such as aperture and shutter speed. Bring any film camera or use one of ours. We can provide film\, but feel free to bring your favorite roll if you prefer. \nAs a group we will have a small outing around St Peters/Newtown to shoot our film\, then return to Sydney Darkroom to learn how to develop one roll of black and white film into negatives from start to finish. \nAfter a short break\, we will take our finished negatives into the darkroom and learn to make a contact sheet and up to three enlargements from selected negatives. \nMax: 3 people per workshop.

DESCRIPTION:  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nSign up to attend our monthly group critique/portfolio review sessions. This (approximately) 2 hour workshop will allow participants to show their personal work and receive feedback from a group of peers. Sessions will take place approximately every four weeks. \nThese sessions are open to artists of any discipline\, though priority will be given to film/analog/darkroom photographic work. Each participant can show and discuss their work for 15 minutes. This group critique session is free to members of Sydney Darkroom. \nPlease bring physical prints/artworks if possible and practical. \nIt is free to attend if you are not showing artwork\, just RSVP so we will know how many to expect. \nLight snacks will be provided when possible\, but feel free to BYOB/Snacks. \n
